Originally billed as an escape room, this section of a pirate ship was built to feel like an abandoned ship marooned on a island.  Students quickly leaned that building repeatable, durable puzzles are actually quite hard to build.  Nevertheless, we had achieved a pretty convincing context.  If you closed you eyes and sat in the captains chair, for a brief moment, you believed you weren't in Santa Monica adjacent to the 10.
